Refund policy

Returns 
All of our desk mat, support rests, mouse pad, and surface products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. 

(Full refunds apply to U.S. orders where free shipping was selected.  If expedited or international shipping was paid, the shipping portions will not be refunded.)  

To be eligible for the return, the product must be clean and must not be damaged  during the time used.  

To complete your return, send us a message through our contact page with the following information:

  1. Full Name
    2. Address
    3. Order number
    4. Which product(s) you would like to return
    5. And the reason for return or exchange

When we receive the information, we will send you instructions from there.  

There are certain situations where partial refunds might possibly be granted (if applicable): 
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error. 
- International (outside of the USA) orders may also receive a refund but will be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be refunded to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days, double check your account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If, after 10 days of us posting the refund, you still have not received your refund, please contact us again at support@loftmat.com and we can assist.
