Returns
All of our desk mat, support rests, mouse pad, and surface products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be like-new condition, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.
Exceptions to this rule: Gift cards are not returnable.
To complete your return, send us a message through our Contact page with the following information:
- Full Name
- Address
- Order number
- Which product(s) you would like to return
- And the reason for return or exchange
When we receive the information, we will contact you from there.
There are certain situations where partial refunds might possibly be granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
We will notify you if your refund request is rejected if it does not meet the above like-new criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days, double check your account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If, after 10 days of us posting the refund, you still have not received your refund, please contact us again at support@loftmat.com and we can offer further assistance.
Sale items (if applicable)
Clearance sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you by someone else, you’ll receive a digital gift certificate for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, any refund will be issued to the gift purchaser directly.
