Orders placed with Loftmat.com are typically packaged and shipped same or next business day.  Under higher order load, time to ship may extend to 2 business days.  We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible.  As a guideline, orders made before 1PM MST usually ship same day. 

Shipping transit times will vary depending on distance from our warehouse, current package carrier load, weather, etc. 

For our free shipping offer, we ship everything to arrive between 2-8 days according to the package carriers, but our packages usually arrive between 3-5 days from ship date.  While most of the ship times are accurate and deliver within 3-5 business days, there is currently no guarantee of delivery date. 

Small custom built orders or branded product orders may take up to 2 weeks to manufacture, and will be shipped upon completion. 

Larger orders will be quoted a completion time that may vary from the times listed in this shipping document. 

We ship both domestically and to some international destinations.  International shipping is not covered under our free shipping offers.
