Loftmat warrants to the original purchaser that Loftmat mouse pad products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.

This warranty covers all Loftmat mouse pad products, for the original purchaser, for a duration of 2 years from the date of purchase.  This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and premature product failure during normal intended office use and prescribed maintenance.    

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair or disassembly, disaster, or improper cleaning or maintenance.  This warranty does not cover replacements for general wear and tear.

Loftmat may, at Loftmat’s option: (1) repair or replace the product, or (2) provide a functionally equivalent replacement product, or (3) refund the price paid. 

All warranty options may require the return of the original product to Loftmat, and will require a copy of the original purchase receipt. 

Shipping and handling charges may apply for claims past 30 days of purchase, except where prohibited by applicable law. 

This warranty does not cover products not manufactured by Loftmat.
